LBF’S APPROACH
LBF’s primary goal is for our clients to achieve the clarity, confidence and the tools they need to be the CEOs of their careers.
Our programs are designed to help our clients better understand what they have gained through their professional journeys thus far, determine how to leverage their backgrounds and accomplishments for the next step, focus in on the components of the role/career they are moving toward (not just away from!), and, ultimately, develop a branding and marketing plan that is in alignment with their skills, strengths and professional value. Coaching programs are customized to meet the needs of each client.
WHAT TO EXPECT
To start, each client completes an initial assessment that sheds light on the specifics around career/life ambitions, accomplishments, and barriers to success. This helps to better define a plan of action for our work together.
We will continue with regular, one-hour sessions in a personalized program. You will receive homework between sessions that encourages you to be introspective and take action.
